Collection Guidelines

Collection occurs between 7am and 5pm. Please have all material to the curb by 6:30am on your day of collection.
Trash is provided one time per week for residents within the Town of Speedway. Recycle service is provided every other week on the same day as trash service.
Each resident is supplied with one (1) trash and one (1) recycle 96 gallon cart.
All material must be placed within the carts.
If a third cart is needed, please contact Ray’s.
Please make sure all carts are at least three (3) feet away from any other object (other carts, mailboxes, cars, etc.). The automated arm needs room to service your containers properly.
Each resident is allowed to dispose of one large item once per month. The bulk items/heavy trash pick up is the second full week of service per month. See attached calendar for exact dates. *Electronic waste items are not included
Each household may dispose of one (1) Christmas tree per year. Christmas trees will be collected from December 26th through January 31st each year.

Trash and Recycling will NOT be collected on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. The remainder of the week following these holidays will be serviced on a one day delay. Friday service will then be collected on Saturday. Click below to download the Ray’s 2020 Holiday Calendar.
